The Fit is a Go… Again

In a positive turn of events, Alicia did finally get her beautiful new car back from the body shop last week. As you may recall, we were involved in an accident with it about 3 weeks ago which required two new doors, a paint job for the driver’s side and a touch of body work on the rear quarter panel.

The car looks great in our opinion, with the exception of some missing cosmetic tape around the rear driver’s side window. The part was back-ordered and since it was purely cosmetic, they were able to release the car to us.

So Alicia is happy and that’s all that really matters to us. The only concern that I have now is a loss in resale value… but hopefully we won’t have to cross that bridge for a few years.
