Work. Changes. Stuff.

Now that you all know I’m stuck back in the friendly confines of North Bay after a wonderful trip south, I should probably update you on what I’ve been up to!
Not much…
Well, I have been working. My first shift back was yesterday and I also pulled a 12 hour shift today for giggles. It’s not a big deal, my job is pretty cool and at least I’m not out sweating my butt off with physical labor.
I’ve been busily making some modifications around here (albeit subtle ones) in the last couple of days. I added some fresh pictures to my Alicia picture page (when you have a beautiful girlfriend, you have to show her off!), and changed some of the other content on this little site of mine. I also took the time to clean up my HTML. I tabbed it all out nice and pretty and managed to remove probably ~2KB from each and every page (redundant tags and what not).
“The Jim Cam” has been a surprising success. More people hit that then you’d expect. It’s surprised (and scared) me a little bit, heh. As you’ll probably notice “The Jim Cam” isn’t actually hosted on the same box as jimkirk.org. That redirects you to the webserver running right in my casa. This would also explain why that page doesn’t load overly fast as my DSL connection… sucks!
I’ve also been knee-deep in a new Anime series lately (supplied by Cory). “Noir” has proven to be very interesting. It’s a stylish series about a pair of female assassins. If you’re into anime, you should check it out.
I’ll leave you be for a few days. Peace!
