We bought Andrew a new bedroom set yesterday at @IKEACanada. We were worried about fitting a dresser, night stand, bed frame and double mattress in 2 vehicles and it strangely all fit in one… the cost of that efficient packaging was 4 hours of assembly time for Dad. 😂 pic.x.com/duebJ5yIgw

We are trying to not eat beef anymore but one of the few recipes I can cook (sorry @aliciakirk05) is a Kirk-family recipe of Sweet & Sour Meatballs. Giving “Lightlife Ground” a go tonight so Mom doesn’t have to cook.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to find a fuel efficient family vehicle that isn’t low to the ground and fits my 6’7” frame. Two big problems: 1) Not enough hybrid/plug-in hybrid options in Canada. 2) Center consoles are becoming more intrusive. Constant contact with my leg/knee.

I doubt this will happen. The RAV4 is such a popular choice, I’m not surprised they opted to kill the Prius V in favor of a Hybrid RAV4. I assume the Prius brand will pivot to @ToyotaCanada’s eventual all-electric vehicle line.

This year we became more thoughtful about our food. Like many, we moved away from cow’s milk in favor of plant-based alternatives. After initially going with almond milk, we are now leaning more towards oat milk. Seems like the more sustainable option.

This year we became more thoughtful about our food. Like many, we moved away from cow’s milk in favor of plant-based alternatives. After initially going with almond milk, we are now leaning more towards oat milk. Seems like the more sustainable option.
